Our team of lawyers are all professionally qualified and admitted to practice in Western Australia. Whilst our services are wide-ranging, we specialize particularly in the areas of Civil Litigation, Injury and Compensation, Family Law, Commercial Law, Migration Law and Property Settlements.

Gabriel Wong

Legal Practice Director

Gabriel is a legal practice director at Tang Law and holds Bachelor’s degrees in both Law and Commerce. Gabriel was admitted to legal practice in early 2001. Gabriel has over 20 years’ experience and extensive knowledge in advising clients in relation to property, general commercial, trusts, and wills and estate matters. He regularly provides advice to in relation to the acquisition, development (both greenfield subdivision and multi-level mixed use strata developments), leasing and sale of residential, commercial and rural land. Gabriel has broad commercial experience and regularly advises and prepares documentation in the areas of wills and estate planning (including drafting complex wills and testamentary trusts), estate administration (including acting in numerous inheritance claims), and trusts (including reviewing and amending trusts deeds). Gabriel is an active member of the Law Society of Western Australia, where he is a member of Law Society’s Property Law, and Elder Law and Succession committees. Gabriel is also a former member of a number of its committees including the Joint Form of General Conditions committee and Law in Asia committee. Gabriel is also currently member of China Australia Friendship Society of Western Australia (ACFSWA), WA Singapore Business Council (WASBC), and Hong Kong Australia Business Association (HKABA) Gabriel assisted in the establishment of the of the WA branch of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association (AALA) and remains a committee member of the WA Branch of the AALA, and is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Peter Le

Legal Practice Director

Peter is a senior lawyer and holds a Bachelor of Economics and Law degree. Peter has 20 years of legal experience working in private practice, in-house and for local government and has general commercial, corporate, property, construction and major projects experience. In private practice, Peter has worked for national, international and top-tier law firms. In his in-house legal counsel roles, Peter has held the position of General Counsel with experience in advising and influencing CEOs and Executive Teams in their decision making. Peter is also a trusted advisor to many companies, not for profit organisations, charitable and sporting organisations. Peter also sits on various boards, providing stewardship in legal, governance, risk and compliance. Peter has been recognised for his work by being: awarded the WA Volunteer for Multicultural Communities Award 2019 the winner of the Piddington Society’s Senior Lawyer of the Year Award 2019 the winner of the Law Society of WA’s Lawyer of the Year Award 2021 listed amongst the Most Influential Lawyers 2021 by Australasian Lawyers Language Primary: English Secondary: Vietnamese

Ming Kho

Director / General Manager

Ming started working for Tang Law since 2003 whilst completing her post graduate studies and further completing her Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) training. Today, Ming is responsible for managing internal accounts for Tang Law and other related entities. Also in charge of all trust accounting reporting, she plays a major role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the business. As one of the start-up employees of Tang Law, Ming has seen the constant growth of business, with a team of competent and ethical legal professionals who value each matter entrusted to them. Ming enjoys and appreciates the knowledge and experience she has gained from working and growing with Tang Law. Outside of work, Ming enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. Travelling is one of her favourite hobbies. She loves to explore new places and to experience different art, history and culture. One of her passions and goals in life is to volunteer and help people less fortunate than herself. She is involved with various not-for-profit organisations and is currently sponsoring six children with a life-long goal to continue this journey of good deed.
